How to Setup Repeat Reminder

Dear All,
I am trying to setup an ALERT Message to always acknowledge receipt of
payment as soon as the customer makes payment to the mobile user but what I
am getting is that it sends the message for the first time that payment is
made, but if the customer makes second or third payment it does not send
the message even though the data will be recorded.

I have set the REPEAT REMINDER to INDEFINITELY yet it doesn’t do it.

Any help, please.

Hi Yaw,

Reminders can be configured to send when a case reaches a certain state. If
the case is already in that state when another form submission happens, no
new reminder is sent because it has already been sent.

But this likely just means you need to define a different way of tracking
the change you’re looking for on the case so that you can send the reminder
for each event and not just the first one. I’ll email you off-thread to
understand your use case better.
