How to make a drop down list in CommCare

I have a question, i want to make a drop down list with my application in CommCare, I would be happy if anyone could help me!

Thanks I know multiple choice, i want to show like a filter when you are clicking it's flash or small arrow key then open the question list for mobile user to select the appropriate one.
