How to insert meta information in CCHQ 1.0?

This is the meta of my xform extracted from CCHQ 1.0:

orx:meta

orx:deviceID/
orx:timeStart/
orx:timeEnd/
orx:username/
orx:userID/
orx:instanceID/
</orx:meta>

This is the meta of my xform extracted from CCHQ 0.9:

I can register my xform if I ignore the following error:

It contains the following issues:

Errors for

http://openrosa.org/formdesigner/DDC9AB50-68AD-4608-A22A-F3D434ECE146:

extra fields: userid,instanceid

missing fields: chw_id,uid

Which is apparent from the meta above. How can I

  1. Replace userID with uid
  2. Remove instanceID
  3. Create chw_id and link it to uid?

You will need to update your local server to comply with the new OpenRosa
standards for Metadata exchange, available here:
