How to download the image/video captured during the data collection

Hi,

I am not able to download the Image or Video from the Commcare Data Export
tool , even after proving the logging credential, So what is the best way
to download all the uploaded multimedia files (Image, Video etc.,) from the
Commcare server.

Hi Sahu

The CommCare Data Export tool does not support downloading multimedia
files. In order to download the multimedia you need to use a standard
export. There is documentation available on the help site:
https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Form+Data+Export#FormDataExport-D.MultimediaExports

It is too old message but for the future users, you can use wget as follows to download the image

wget -O "/var/www/html/Appl//" -a COmmCareImgDwnload.log --user= --password=

Please note that the user is the CommCare Web User
