Hi, I am familiar with creating custom exports but I don't see how I can
download data from any form that ONLY includes active participants for
example, or excludes those who have withdrawn. Is there any way to do this?

Hi Jessica,
Can you clarify what you mean by "Active" participants? If participants
are not the mobile workers for your application, you may need to filter the
data in Excel.
If your participants are the mobile workers for the application, you can
create an "Active Mobile Workers" group that includes only those active
mobile workers. The exports should then let you only download data for a
specific mobile worker group. Here is a reference on creating mobile
