I have done a lot of work building forms.
I would like to know how i can read raw data captured through the forms. I need this to track the change of records and field statuses subject to specic processes performed through the forms.
Also, how can i clear up all saved data to start on a new slate?

I'd recommend looking into Form Data Exports

view your raw data.
To clear saved data you'd want to archive
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Archive+Forms the
submitted forms.
