The SG data systems analyst supports the design, build, rollout, and ongoing management of HOPE’s data collection and data management systems for Savings Groups and related programs. This role serves as a key systems owner, playing a central role in the transition to a new data collection platform and providing ongoing support through system configuration, user training, troubleshooting, and data quality oversight. The role partners closely with programs, listening, monitoring, and evaluation (LM&E), and technology teams to ensure data systems effectively enable expanding SG Multiply partnerships and agriculture programming. This role sits at the intersection of program teams, data systems, and performance analysis, ensuring that data is accurate, usable, and supports learning and decision-making.
