Hint and help messages in a question list

Hi everyone,

Is there a way, either through the UI or by manually editing the XML, to
attach an Hint / Help Message to a question list ? I'd like to do something
like :

Question list

  • Illness title
  • Hint message
  • Integer question (under 5)
  • Integer question (above 5)

Charles,

I believe (although I'm not 100% sure) that if you use the exact same
hint message for all of the questions within a question list that the UI
will extract that text and bubble it up to the top of the list, is that
what you're inquiring about?
