Help writing a filter expression for the case list

Dear all,

I would like to write a filter expression for the case list so that only
open cases appear in the case list. I am not sure how to write the function
though. Would if(/data/case = "open", true(), false()) work? Or am I
missing something?

Many thanks!
Erika

Hi Erika, see here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Case+List+and+Case+Detail+Configuration#CaseListandCaseDetailConfiguration-FilteringtheCaseList
for
some documentation and help doing this - but I think that by default your
case list will only show open cases unless you configure it to do
otherwise.

Good luck,
Jordan

Hmmm... I certainly haven't done anything on purpose to have it show closed
cases too, but maybe accidentally?

Thanks for the help!
