Help shape the future of AI in CommCare! 🧪

Hi everyone!
I’m a Product Designer on the CommCare team, and over the next couple of weeks I’m having conversations with users to better understand how people feel about AI, and how it can be most useful in CommCare.

I’m especially interested in learning:

  • How comfortable you are with AI today

  • What (if anything) you use AI tools for in your work

  • Whether you’ve used AI features in CommCare, including the chatbot

  • How helpful (or not!) those experiences have been

You do not need to have used AI or the CommCare chatbot before to participate, hearing from people with all levels of experience is incredibly valuable. There are no right or wrong answers here; this is purely a listening and learning exercise to help shape future AI features in CommCare!

What to expect:

  • 1:1 conversation (45 minutes tops)

  • Conducted over Google Meet

  • Over the next 2 weeks

  • Informal, conversational, and focused on your experience
