What’s Involved?
- A 30-minute user research call where we’ll ask about your experiences with Signing up for CommCare and/or User Management.
- We’ll discuss pain points, confusion, and ideas for making CommCare easier to use.
- Your insights will directly shape upcoming improvements!
Who Can/Should Participate?
- If you’ve signed up for CommCare recently or remember your onboarding experience, we’d love to hear from you!
- If you regularly use Case Management in CommCare and have faced challenges with tracking, case setup, or understanding workflows, we want your input too!
- You can opt into one or both research topics.
