Having trouble downloading multimedia

Hello,

I am currently having trouble downloading multimedia content from the
'sustanablelivelihoods' project page on Commcare. It loads up fine to get
ready to do the download however when I acturly start the download it gives
me this message instead:

The requested URL /downloads/temp/9e420346078e4c3c9d36255f188af55c was not
found on this server.

··· ------------------------------ Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at www.commcarehq.org Port 443

This seems to be a persistent problem and I cant work out a way around
this. I get the same error message for both the Custom Export and Full
Export versions of the download.

Should I just keep on trying to download the multimedia content or is this
a more serious problem?

Thanks,

Douglas.

Hi Douglas,

I was able to reproduce this issue in other project spaces. I'll create a
support request on your behalf to address this issue and I'll report back
on progress to this thread.

Hi Douglas,

I'm reaching out to you to let you know that we deployed a fix for
downloading these multimedia files from the export page. If you have future
issues with consistent error messages that seem like a bug on our site,
please feel free to use the "Report an Issue" button at the bottom of the
page on HQ.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Thanks,

Nate
