Having issues communicating with the server to send forms

I tried to synch data on my mobile device with the server and I got this
error, "having issues communicating with the server to send forms." Any
idea how i can resolve this issue or what is causing this issue? Could it
be internet connection?

Hey Jason,

That very likely is a connection issue. I'd verify that the device has a
connection and is able to reach our server by visiting commcarehq.org on
your phone's browser, or running the CommCare connection test found in the
CommCareODK settings menu.

If you're able to connect to CommCareHQ and the error persists, please file
a bug following this
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/TDH/Bug+Reports+and+Tracking template
and someone on our team will take a look.

Thanks,
Will

We ran the CommCare connection test on the mobile device it says there is
no connection error. But when we try to sync the data we are getting a
similar error I will submit a bug report. But do you think this is a
connectivity error still?

Hi Sophie,

There was an issue with some earlier versions CommCare 2.26 that prevented
forms with multimedia attachments from submitting. There are no known
issues with the latest version of CommCare on the play store. If you are on
the latest version of CommCare and unable to submit data can you report an
issue? Someone on our support team will then take a look and see if we can
find the problem.

best,
Cory
