Generate new version of application

Hello All,
I have a bug when I try to generate a new version of my application

  • Details: unexpected error: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 38066: ordinal not in range(128)

Do you have ideas of what's wrong. THANKS FOR HELP;
