FW: Delete name of one ASHA from the list

Hi Satish,

Copying commcare-users as well for benefit to others.
We recently changed our HQ interface and organized the "User Management"
tab differently. Now it’s called “Settings and Users”

Instructions for how to delete/archive a user:

  1. Navigate to Settings and Users. If you don’t see this tab, it means you
    don’t have the right permissions. You can ask your domain Admin to give you
    permissions.
  2. Click on Mobile Workers on left panel.
  3. Scroll through the list to find the Worker. You may find the user on a
    different page. Click Next to see more Users.
  4. Click on the username of interest.
  5. There’s a red button that says Delete Mobile Worker. (There’s a button
    that says Delete only - but that’s only for the mobile number).
  6. You will be asked to confirm if you want to delete the user.
  7. Proceed to delete.

Remember, that if you ever want to access this mobile worker’s data in the
future, it might be worthwhile to ARCHIVE this user instead of Deleting her
data completely.

To Archive - From the list of Mobile Workers, click on the Blue button that
says Archive. Doing so will hide this user’s data from all of your reports,
but will still be visible in the raw data exports.
