Hello, I had a quick question involving data and forms. I had a version of
a form, that was completely redone (copied and pasted a new source XML over
it). A few entries were done into this older form. I'm going back now and I
wanted to download this data from the old form however I can't seem to find
it under the data tab. I was wondering if somebody might be able to help me
access it. Would I have to revert versions or where might that data be?
Hi Irwin,
Once you remove a form from your app it should show up under "No
Application" in the form exports labeled with the forms XMLNS.
If you still aren't seeing it there feel free to report an issue and
someone will look into it.

Thanks for your response, Cory. Well that's just it. I didn't create a new
form and delete an old one, I basically copied the code for the new form on
top of the old one. So the form is the same, but had new questions etc. I'm
not able to find the responses from that old version of the form now. The
only options under that app are: the form (but not with the old values only
the new ones), mobile device report, and some url from the form designer.
The total number of submissions under the mobile device report is 29, the
url 16, but for the form its only 2. I'm trying to locate these other
submissions.
Hi Irwin,
When you make an export make sure you select "Show Deleted Questions and
Advanced Properties" to make all the questions show up.
For the missing data, try checking "Unknown users" on the exports page and
make sure you click "apply" before downloading. If you still have problems
please report an issue!
