Form display conditions

Hi Im wondering if anyone can help me? I am trying to put in a display
condition for a form. Ive read the page 'Form Display Conditions' and
followed the instructions. I want the form only to be shown if the answer
to a question in a previous form is one of three different options. I have
referenced the cases by using the ./ but Im still getting error messages.
Any ideas on where I might be going wrong? Thanks Nicola

I have entered
./cause_of_fistula = delivery or ./cause_of_fistula = caesarean_section
or cause_of_fistula = hysterectomy_related_to_caesarean_section
in the display condition box.

Hi Nicola, what kind of error message are you getting ?

I've struggled with this before and some coping mechanisms I've found
helpful:
(1) Make sure that all the forms in your module are updating a case
(2) Make sure that the logic of your module is configured to display module
and then forms (NOT just forms) because you need to be able to select a
case prior to triggering the form filtering

More tips here in case you haven't seen it:

Hi Thanks for your reply. I was getting an error message when I deploy the
app. I did see that page and also made sure I was doing the things you
mentioned but still no luck. ive now designed my form slightly differently
so I can run the display conditions within the form so basically a work
around.

Separately Im getting an error message when I try and deploy the app - It
says " Failed to download updates. This usually means your app has a
configuration issue (see notification for details). I checked
notifications but these seem to be more about general releases e.g. new
form builder. thanks for your help

Did you see Clayton's reply? Are you using locations?

I don't think the new form builder release is the issue, it could be that
your app is set to deploy to an earlier version of CommCare.
