Form Data Inconsistent with Server

One of my CHWs keeps getting this error that says there is some
inconsistency with data on his phone and on the server. He is running the
same version of the app as 6 other CHWs that are testing it right now so
I'm not sure why his is acting up. His phone hasn't connected to the server
to send info since april 20th according to the phone (today is may 9).
Although when I look up the data, it does look like some has been received
with that CHWs username/password so I'm a little confused.

Is there a way to get it to connect to the server without losing any data
that might be saved on the phone and not sent yet?

Sarah,

We've seen this issue pop up periodically lately when user restore payloads
get into a broken state. Can you report an issue via HQ, making sure to
include the affected username, so that we can take a look at your specific
case?

Thanks,
Will

Sarah,

To respond directly to your question, if you've seen this prompt that is an
indication that the phone is directly communicating with the server to
coordinate and clear up any inconsistencies without any further
intervention. If you've seen the screen, all forms should have been sent
from the device and the resulting state on the phone should be consistent
going forward.

If you're running into it there may be an issue with how the server is
processing some of your forms, so creating an issue in HQ as Will outlined
is the best way to move forward.
