We're happy to announce the most recent update in a series of usability
improvements to CommCareHQ. We have redesigned the Question Properties
section of the Form Builder to make it easier to use.
Display Text has been renamed "Label" and is located right underneath
the Question ID for easy access
Labels (formerly "Display Text") and multimedia elements are grouped
together when there are multiple languages, so you no longer have to scroll
back and forth
Multimedia has been separated into its own section
Changing the question type is now a graphical drop-down on the top
left of the Question Properties section
The "Copy" button is now also in the top left of the Question
Properties section
The Expression Editor (for Display and Validation Conditions) has an
improved interface, including a warning message when you try to leave the
Expression Editor without saving changes
Maybe it's something specific to my setup (Windows XP, Chrome 28.0.1500.95
m, Firefox 14.0.1) , but the right-hand pane of the new editor doesn't
display in Chrome. Works fine in Firefox (but in Firefox, you can't click
the little pen icon to go directly to editing a form).

Ah user error (sort of). Scrolling down reveals the right hand pane, and
then Chrome correctly works out the size of the right hand pane, and it's
OK.
