Follow up to Case Closure form

i have a questions in a follow up form, an option of "DEAD" if selected
should prompt a closure form.
How can i be able to effect this link: from the follow up form to the Case
Closure form?

Hi Sallieu,

Click on the form which has the question with answer selection "DEAD" in
CommCare HQ, and then click on the "case management" tab. Towards the
bottom of the page you should see an option to "Close this case when the
form is complete". Select, this, and then you should see an option that
says "Only if the answer to...". Select this, and you can choose the
question you are referencing and select that the form with only close if
the answer to that question is "DEAD".
