Finding no. of subjects

Dear friends

Is there a way to find the total no. of subjects data entry done in single
entry and double entry.

We have a study in which we are doing double entry for some CRFs.

For a CRFs if i want to find out how many done with single entry and how
many done with double entry.
How this can be done.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Manoj -

Did you mean to e-mail both CommCare and OpenClinica mailing lists? Are
you trying to use both products in your use case? I'm switching the
CommCare mailing list to our dev mailing list and bcc'ing off
commcare-users.

OpenClinica, I believe, supports double entry out directly. CommCare does
not directly support double entry. You could have an external ID for any
particular form, and then have in input twice into CommCare, but then you
would need to link them directly be exporting the data out of CommCare and
manually matching the data. You could also have both forms associated with
a single case, but that would depend on the workflow you wanted to support
and you would still need to link them outside of CommCare to resolve the
double data entry. We have not yet integrated CommCare and OpenClinica in
a way that OpenClinica knows a form coming from CommCare is for double data
entry.

thanks,
Jonathan
