Recently I have noticed that when exporting form data from our project, the system only seems to allow me to export for ACTIVE users. When scrolling through user options, I do not see our inactive users nor any option to include them. How can I ensure that I am exporting data from all current and past mobile users? Our data collectors turn over somewhat regularly, at which point their accounts are inactivated, but we still need to be able to access data that they submitted for our cases.
Thanks for your question, and great timing. We are currently running an UAT for product improvements which will allow you to export data submitted by currently de-activated mobile users. We plan to ship these improvements in the next few weeks. We would love to have you be a part this ongoing UAT. I will send you an email with the details.
