Export forms from CommCare server to my phone

i recently had problems with my phone where CommCare is installed with
cases. after re-installing CommCare, i cannot access those individual
forms. how do i retrieve these forms/cases into my phone?
can anyone help me out if there is a way out. i can run queries on them,
and export these same forms to excel, but cannot access them in my phone
after re-installation.

Regarding your forms, there is unfortunately no way to do this.
Uninstalling CommCare wipes the app’s local data, meaning there is no way
to view those forms on the phone again, even after reinstalling CommCare.

As far as cases, any cases that have been created for your user should
definitely be visible on the phone after reinstallation, once you have
synced (assuming that the forms which created those cases had been synced
to the server prior to uninstalling CommCare). If that is not the case, you
should report an issue. Let me know if that doesn’t fully answer your
question.

One other thing I should have noted- if the reason you uninstalled and
reinstalled CommCare was to install a new version, note that in the future
you can instead perform an update (via the Google Playstore), which will
give you the latest version of CommCare without wiping any of your data.
