Error with lookup table

Hi Commcare Users!
When I click on manage table , I have this error message :
Error 500. Sorry an unexpected error occurred and we apologize .
I can not continue to download the excel file. I need help.

I am working on this issue now and expect it to be fixed in the next 30
minutes.
