Error while collecting data

Hi Support Team,

My user have try many time about this issue. it's appears this error note after type amount of hh member participate event. Then automatically run page to re type account name and password. So he can not input any activity data.

so how to fix it?

Looks like an XML error. Try writing to the support team from the CommCareHQ site itself. You may click on the question mark symbol on the top right and then select report an issue. Write to them in detail.
