Hi all,
One of our users reported to get an error whenever he starts commcare (see
attached image). We are using nokia C2 - 02, it started by not being able
to send forms until when he encountered this error when he run the
application.
I wanted to get the log error, it seem difficult to get as the application
doesn't start at all and the application is on the phone memory that i can
not access through computer.
We have tried to update the application without deleting data, still the
error happened after installation.
Any Idea on how to get away of this error without loosing unsent data on
the phone or how to get log from this phone.

We process bug reports and emails to commcare-users very differently, so in
order to get your problem addressed as quickly as possible it's important
to email to the support address (which also saves the commcare-users list
from the necessary attachments and such).
