Error when saving a form

HI,

I'm working on an application and have deployed to an android device, but
when the form is completed and you select "finish", i receive the following
error;

"The case_id attribute of a wasn't set. Source: n1:case tag in
namespace: http://commcarehq.org/case/transaction/v2"

What does this mean?

Hi Ameera,

This sounds like a configuration issue on your form. Could you please
report a bug from the form page on CommCare HQ? HQ should not let you
create forms that error with that specific message so it might be an issue
in the app builder.
