Error Saving your Form

Hi, I am Saeun working at an NGO. We are using Commcare (downloaded in
tablets) for our survey.

We were using Commare without any problem, edition, or any updates but
since last Sunday (the day when Commcare went through maintenance),
an error in saving form keeps occurring. When we are trying to save the
first section (registration) after entering data, the message saying “Sorry
save form failed, Please contact technical support to look into the issue”

come out and we cannot proceed to the next section.

and please find the attached file which is the screenshot of error message.

This problem occurrs in only several tablets (not all the tablets we have)
we have and we downloaded same Commare application at the same time.
I have already checked if version of Commcare application is updated and
matches with the version in computer.

I don’t understand what is the problem with this sudden error.

Could you give me advice?

Sorry that you are experiencing this issue!

The best way to proceed is for you to submit an issue via the “Report an
Issue” button found at the bottom right of the commcarehq.org site after
you login.
In your report please include:

  • the name of the CommCare application of which the problematic form is
    contained
  • the name of the form for which you are experiencing this save issue
  • the version of CommCare you are using on Android
  • any particular steps needed to reach the error (is it only a specific
    form entry sequence, or any time you save this specific form)
  • the image you’ve provided here

With that info in our support system we can look into fixing you issue.
