Error message

Hi team

From today I have been experiencing problems with CommCare.

I get the following message when I attempt to login: “Bad server response”(
see information for details).

Its not my first time to log in to the device as previously explained.

can someone help me with this please, field workers are stranded

Hey Stephen,

HQ has been under higher than normal load today and we’ve had a handful of
short outages. Our engineering team is still looking into root cause and
looking for a more stable solution.

I recommend trying again and please do report an issue if you are
continuously unable to use CommCare.
