Can I please ask for your assistance with two error messages I received?
After preparing my Excel file as explained in the training to upload the cases in the Registration form of the application, I received two error messages.
- Error uploading form: Please make sure your form is encoded in UTF-8.
When I wanted to go back to the application, the system gave another error message: - Parsing Error. Please check that your form is valid XML.
