We copied an app from CommCare Exchange and want to build off that. Can anyone help if the "locations" refer to lookup tables that weren't copied over and I need to go through forms and delete the questions referencing lookup tables? However, when I go through the form that threw the error, there are no questions referencing a lookup table...

That is a reference to an old format for locations in the restore. That application needs to be updated to reference the flat location fixture. Could you file a support ticket linking to the application on the exchange?
