Our production environment is currently linked to the upstream server (commcarehq.org). We are now in the process of switching the upstream to a new server, where we have installed CommCare and migrated the applications. However, when attempting to establish the link with echisethiopia.org, we encountered the following error. Do we need to add this downstream address on the server config?

Just so I understand the topology, are you moving the upstream project to a completely new server, i.e. not the same server as the one your production env runs on?

it`s a new local server.
The "Link Downstream Project Spaces" action will only show domains that's on the same server as this one, as the project only "knows" of those.
If you want to link a project to an upstream domain that's not on the same server you can use the link_to_upstream_domain management command which you will need to run using the command line interface on the downstream server.
