Error: Cannot Create Menus

hi
I am new to commcare and I hope that you can help me,
I am getting this error :
_#### Cannot Create Menus**_**

_* Validation Error: Multiple choice question at /data/disability_information/equipment/is_the_equipment_suitable_for_the_student has no choices**_**

I know that I have changed some questions, but the case management is not opening and I need to know how to fix this,

Hi,

It appears as though you have an issue in your form where the question it lists doesn't have any options attached to it. With certain types of form errors, CommCare isn't able to present some parts of the UI until they are resolved, which I think is what is leading to you not being able to see case management. Fixing the form error should address the issue.
