Email Tigger Functionality in CommCare

Hi,

We are currently collecting and saving email IDs under each case properly. Our requirement is to trigger an email message to these email IDs based on predefined criteria or case updates.

Do we have any feature or function in commcare that supports this?

Additionally, I understand that emails cannot be sent directly from a form submission. Could you please confirm this?

I believe what you are looking for is our conditional alerts feature. With this you can create specific triggers based on case updates or other criteria to send emails to email addresses saved as a case property. With this feature, you can configure email alerts to go out to cases that are updated from form submissions.
