Edit hidden values

Hi All,

We just got a Pro subscription and trying to edit hidden values for certain
cases. Is this possible at all? If so, how do you do it?

Hi Emily,

You can change case properties by editing the form that set the case
property or by updating the case property in a follow-up form.
