Edit Case Custom Export

Hi there,

I have tried to edit the Custom Exports for my cases several times and have
found the same problem...the drag and drop feature barely works (it works
slowly at the beginning and then just stops working).

Hi Heidi,

thanks for the inquiry. If you are unable to use the drag and drop feature
and the changes that you make are not saved (it might be slow at time but
it should save the changes you make) you can report an issue at the bottom
of the page. Please include as many details as possible and steps to
replicate the problem (what you tried to do which didn't work)
