Download Form Exports gets stuck / hangs

Hi -

I am trying to run a bulk export of all form data (33 forms) for the entire
length of the study to date (the period 2015-09-01 to 2016-02-11), but when
I try to do this, CommCare hangs at “Collecting Data.” I have repeatedly
let the query run for several hours, but nothing happens.

When I try to run the same export with a more limited time frame (past
month), I get varied results. I have tried running each of these exports
separately several times, with the same results each time.

Here is a list of date parameters and the resulting response:

  • 2015-09-01 to 2015-09-30 (works)
  • 2015-10-01 to 2015-10-31 (works)
  • 2015-11-01 to 2015-11-30 (hangs / gets stuck)

··· - *2015-12-01 to 2015-12-31 (hangs / gets stuck) * - 2016-01-01 to 2016-01-31 (works) - 2016-02-01 to 2016-02-11 (works)

Has anybody run into this type of issue before, and if so, are there any
solutions that have resolved the problem?

Hello,

This sounds like a specific issue with your project space. If you report an
issue from the question mark in the header someone on our support team will
take a look and report back.
