Is there any way to share access to download data of only one application and not all of these application datasets to webusers.
Currently I can see that webuser has access to all the dataset from the exported datasets which I dont want.

you can limit users to locations
but not to case types, or applications.
in order to limit that user's access, you need to leverage the organization structure feature, the data needs to be owned by locations, and the users whose data you want them to see would need to be at those locations at the time of data collection.
the best approach for sustainability's sake is to publish the data on PowerBI and use Row Level Security
