One tool that may be useful, depending upon your overall application
structure, would be to use Child Cases ( Child Cases - CommCare Public - CommCare Public).
This would allow you to open multiple child cases- for example you could
use a screening form to create one "couple" case and two "individuals" that
are child cases to the overall couple.
