Dear Amelia

I read all the details about project monitoring but still not able to
generate the desired report...
I have created an application which has two forms , a case i.e.
Registration and second form is visits ... Now I register a patient
with his basic information and after that every week patient has been
visited by CHW and CHW updated the visit form against his visits to
same patient , now I want to see that patient history , with patient
basic details(Registration) and all the visits together , which allow
me to examine the data of one patient , either in CSV or excel format
that could be export able as well....
I could not manage to have this option... can you please guide in this regard.

Best wishes

Shahid

Hi Shahid,

There are a couple ways you can get this information.

If you want to look at the history of a particular patient (or "case"), you
can go to the "case list" data inspection report, and click on the case you
want to inspect. You'll see current case properties as well as links to
all the forms submitted against the case.

To get an excel export that contains this data, select the "export
submissions to excel" report. This will give you an excel file that
contains the data from each form submission. You can sort the excel file
by patient name in order to group submissions together.

We are currently working on our "cases, users, and referrals" export, which
will provide a more case-centered view of form submission data.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,
Amelia

Dear users

I am struggling with reports , how is possible to have a report that
shows all the modules overview under one application and than by
selecting one module overview of whole module and for a case , I
registered one patient and after CHW did several visit to same
patients , data has been captured under the same registered patient
now how can I see this data together ??? when I export in excel how is
possible that data is appearing like Patient details as mentioned in
registration and rest of all the visits together....
I have several others questions about reporting and monitoring as
well , Any best way to generate the reports ????

Regards

Shahid
