I have answered your questions to the best of my knowledge below:

1 - We do not support this functionality yet. Perhaps others on this group
can comment whether this is a use case that applies to their projects and
share how they’ve supported it.

2 - Enabling web users to have access to specific user groups only is a
functionality that is currently not supported, but possibly in the roadmap.

3- Right now, deletion of cases is only possible through the mobile
application. For your application, if you want to delete a case, the mobile
user has to go to the edit/modify form and close the case.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out to the users group!

For #1, in case you haven’t seen this functionality on HQ yet, we have a
"case list" report (under “data inspection” on the reports page). In this
report you can open an individual case to see a view of all the case data.
We’re working soon on making this view even more user-friendly.

You can also close cases via CloudCare. What’s the use case for deletion
that you want to support?
