Hi Sherry

In the video section of the question, there would be a box saying
'Advanced Path'. Click on that and it would show you a path starting with
something like jr://
Look at the end of that path, and please ensure that the file extension in
that path (eg .mp4) matches with the file type you are uploading. Otherwise
it will give you an error after uploading about mismatching file tyoes.

If this is not the issue, please 'Report an Issue' from form builder
itself as Christy suggested.

Thanks!
Abhishek

Sherry - I tried to replicate your issue but was unable to do so. To
help us resolve your issue please navigate to the form that you are having
problems with on CommCareHQ and then use the Report an Issue button found
at the bottom of the page. This will allow us to get more information
about your project space and the form that you are having problems with.

Thanks,
Christy

I'm hoping to have videos in CommCare on Android but I'm having trouble
uploading it into the form builder. I've tried mp4, 3pg, m4v and mov but
all of them encounter the error of being the incorrect format (right after
uploading, the popup box says it's wrong as a .mp4, .3pg, .m4v..etc).

Am I uploading correctly? The only info I could find was:
Android phones: Android systems can support a much broader set of
video file types and it is best to test it out. You can use the tools below
to make several different file types and then try it out. For a device with
a larger screen, a 3gp file may not have sufficient resolution and could
appear grainy on a device with a large screen. We have had some luck using
mp4. You can also try using different video player apps other than
the default one to see if that improves the user experience.
Does this mean mp4 and 3pg should be able to be uploaded into the form
builder?

Hi,

This is the result of Nokia phones requiring Application Certificate
Signing to be updated on a somewhat regular basis.

You can read more about App signing and how to handle it here:

Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
