Deleting all cases from phone

I created an app that is a simple survey. It measures patient satisfaction
for one of our projects. Each health worker conducts 50 surveys every 2
months and once the 50 are done, they are analyzed in excel. A small bit of
information from each survey is saved on the phone as a case: the survey
number, the location, and the date. The health workers need this
information while they are conducting the 50 surveys but I would like to be
able to delete all this information saved on the phone after the 50 surveys
are analyzed. I understand how to manually close a case on CommCareHQ but
is there an easier way to delete all data saved on the phone at once (so I
don't have to go in and manually delete all 50 surveys for each of our 4
health workers conducting them)?

I just reassigned all cases under the group "Administrators" so that they
no longer show up on the health workers' phones (who are in the group
"Health Workers").

However, when I do a Custom Export, they still show up under the export of
the Health Worker group. I want them to stop showing up in the excel export
as well. Is there a way I can do this on the HQ website so that they health
workers themselves don't have to do anything extra? And is there a way to
do it en masse, so I don't have to close out each individual case?

I don't believe I have access to the Case Importer because I only have the
free Community plan. But I just reported the issue on the CommCareHQ site.

Hey Emily,

That seems like odd behaviour (the cases appearing in the custom export).
Can you please report an issue from the page (there should be a button at
the bottom titled "Report an Issue") and our technical team can take a
look?

If you have access to the Case Importer, you can also use that to close all
the cases.
