Deactivate and reactivate mobile workers through the API?

To anyone that can help confirm if there is a way or not.
We are wanting to deactivate and reactivate mobile workers through the API is this endpoint available?

Looking at the User Edit (Mobile Worker) API it does not look like it's possible at the moment.
