Data is not able to display after submitting the form

Hi,

I am submiiting the data. But When I am checking whether data has been seeing in the followup form , it is showing that the row has been added but the data is not reflecting.

Any thoughtS?

Looks like an issue with case management. I cannot say much until I have a look at a screenshot maybe. But seems like an issue with case management.
