Daily Form Submissions Email Alert

Hi All,

I have a question regarding email alerts.

I have set two alerts in the evening on HQ, one for Case activity and one
for Daily form submission. The idea was for me to get an evening email
update of which of my staff is submitting forms (active) on that day. I was
wondering what the time period for the form submission alert is. Is it that
day? The last 24 hours? Or the day previous (for example the alert I
receive on Tuesday, does it show form submissions for Tuesday, or Monday)?

The way I hope it works (and have been reading it as) is that when I
receive the alert, I can see which of my CHWs submitted forms during that
day, and can therefore tell who is working, or at least using commcare.

Great tool for monitoring my very spread out staff, just wondering if I am
using it correctly.

Dear Michael,

Last night we experienced some errors in our reporting emailing
engine. Did you miss a scheduled email? It may come late this time due
to these issues. I apologize for the inconvenience and I am working
now to fix it.

To answer your question, the email reports send you what you'd see if
you visited that report on CommCare HQ with the preset filters, so
that would be the data from the last 7 days (except Case Activity
which uses its own break down of the last 30, 60, and 90 days compared
with cases that have been around longer than that).

Hi Michael,

We've been working on some changes that will allow you to have more control
over email reports, including the ability to choose the date range (last
week, last month, etc.) We'll be sure to announce the change over this
list when it's ready!
