After changing case management from parent/child cases to one case and
setting up case properties, not all of the data that I've saved case
properties for is downloading in custom case exports. Some of the fields
are populating, but many are not. Has anyone else had a problem like that?
Thanks for reaching out about your case reconfiguration and export
behavior. Unfortunately, these parent and child exports are now separate.
To access the data together, you would need to manually download the parent
case type export and the child case type export and manually map the two
together.
This process may be helped by a setting in the child case export. When
exporting the child cases, at the bottom you should have the option to
include parent cases, which will list the parent case IDs for each child
case.
Cheers,
Nate
