Is there a way to customize the breadcrumbs of commcare application ?
Usually when we choose a participant or patient in a case list, and ready to fill out the follow up form for example, we only get the name in the breadcrumbs section. What i need to achieve is to add more information in this section like the current visit that the participant is going to do.
You can see screenshot below and the box in red. we only have 7000 but i want to have 7000 - V1, V1 is supposed to be the current visit that the participant is going to complete.
Any guidance ?
