I think I shared this issue before but didn't get any help
So I'm connecting Commcare to excel using power query (copying the link from excel dashboard integration)
when excel asks for credentials, I use my Commcare username and password, but I have an error message: "we couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided"
when I directly integrate with excel (without power query)-using the "from web" tool, excel accepts my username and password
please help!
