Creating more than 10 mobile workers

I need to create 20 mobile workers on a community plan, so I pre-paid $10,
assuming I would then get the 10 free and 10 paid mobile workers. I can
still only create 10 workers. Then I updated the billing information and
added a credit card to autopay. And I still cannot create more than 10
mobile workers. How do I fix this?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to add additional mobile workers.
Would you be able to report an issue from your CommCare HQ project space so
that we can look into this and make sure you can add the new workers?

Hi Robin,

I already submitted a support ticket. But I am trying to go live with all
20 field workers tomorrow. So is there a way you can provide any
suggestions through this post. Or expedite my support ticket?

Just started working, so now I can create the new mobile workers. But I
had too add a credit card even though I already pre-paid. Now I am
concerned I will be double billed.

are able to add more workers. I will work with our billing department to
ensure you are not double billed.
